Samsung has officially launched second generation Star mobile phone, Samsung S5260 Star II. Samsung Star II was leaked on the internet last week. Samsung Star II features Samsung’s TouchWIZ 3.0 user interface with support for widgets, IM 2.0 app to communicate with Facebook Chat, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, and Social Hub.
The Samsung Star II S5260 has a 3.2 megapixel camera, 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display with resolution of 240 x 400 pixels, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, FM radio, t9 Trace Quick Type, and MicroSD card slot. It is comes in two flavors – white and black.
Samsung Star II smartphone will be available in Germany in February, followed by other European market, India and CIS countries, South America and the Middle East.
